hello all,
we have plans to visit Desire Pearl next month August 18, our first time.
Last week I received a receipt paid in full for our trip. However I realized it was from
a travel agency called Right Connections Travel, not the Desire Resort itself. I am trying
to contact the Resort directly by email for confirmation. I got an email address
specialatten*****@original****.com and sent inquiry, however I never got a reply.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Can anyone vouch for Right Connections Travel?

We sent an email trying to confirm our October reservations. They did respond but it did take a while. We have used Right Connections travel before and they did an excellent job of communicating with us anytime we had a concern. You have nothing to worry about with them. Hope you enjoy your trip.

Do you have the email address for Desire Resort itself? I want to hear form the resort directly for confirmation.

You can always call the resort too. I am sure they can find your reservation with your name and dates.

We’ve booked with Right Connections a lot. Always very professional and NEVER A ISSUE with our reservation. Call and ask for Don the owner and they’ll handle any issue you have. Look on your invoice for your confirmation number on invoice and use that for express check in. Alll with be good

Sorry to cause so much concerns but thank you all so much. I did get email address, and after a few day I did get a confirmation reply.
This is our first booking and never realized it was not directly to the resort and not knowing anything about the travel agency. Now we know... thanks again.
