Newbie questions for those who have been to desire Pearl. Do most people dress up for theme nights? For those who do, does everyone dress very erotic and skimpy or just sexy? Am ok in sexy dresses that match the theme or does everyone wear lingerie? Do the themes change from year to year? Going in Feb and not sure if they will be the same.

Theme nights are a lot of fun. The more you get into it, the more fun you’ll have.
I think the women’s costumes are always erotic and eye-catching. Dresses, lingerie, plastic wrap…. Whatever you come up with seems to work.
Just have fun with whatever you decide to wear.

People dress all of the above: erotic, skimpy, and sexy. Sometimes the sexy dress for dinner if you're going to a restaurant, and sometimes a change for the theme night. Sometimes the sexy dinner dress works perfectly for the theme. Towards the end of the year the Desire website will post themes for the current year, and also for the forthcoming year, as they do change. We dress up for most theme nights. May take a night off here or there. Good luck with your planning !

We always try to dress up for all theme nights. There are no limits more than your imagination. Take in mind less is best. An ingenious detail in your outfit can be the reason for an interesting conversation that takes you as far as you want or dare.
An easy rule to follow: if you can go to a standard club in the outfit you chose, there is something wrong, probably too much fabric.
We have used from a sexy costume bought online, to completely naked, only with props, through improvisations that generally cause more impact.
A very successful example: Uniform Night. My girlfriend and I wore fluorescent mesh vests, flashing light helmets, gloves, and shoes. Nothing more! I added a detail: an extra flashing light attached to the base of my penis with two rubber bands. I got my reward, hehe!

Keep in mind, some of the theme nights have a very low barrier to entry. For example, Red Night was very well attended because most women already have a sexy red dress. I simply wore a red shirt. It's really that easy. There's no rule about how you have to comply with themes. Neon night is just as easy. Just wear something white (to interact with the blacklights) and some crazy bright item. It's so simple. Some of the themes are a little more complicated, but skip them if you don't want to try. I'm 100% confident that after your first trip, you'll see how much fun it can be after you observe everyone else in the lobby before the doors open to the disco at 10:30. Everyone meets up, grabs a drink at the lobby bar, and socializes. There's nothing to lose from dressing up. You only gain by participating because it really draws others to break the ice and compliment your outfit.

Agree with others above. Theme nights are great. It is a part of what makes nights so fun. I would say 70-90% dress up depending on the night. You certainly don't have to. There are sometimes a theme we don't love so we might skip one out of a week. But, overall, we love them.
And we sometimes go super sexy and sometimes focus more on the theme itself. Anything works.

We will be making our first trip to Pearl Jan. 5 - 10th. Can we plan on those theme nights to be based off the 2022 theme schedule?

Usually they do repeat some of the themes, but they also throw in a new one or two every year. You should have enough time to plan out your nights as your trip draws near as they typically post them with enough advance notice!! Have fun!!
