Hello everyone! Headed to Pearl this friday! :P Can't wait and it is perfect as Friday is our 21st anniversary! To celebrate I just booked the wine pairing dinner in the wine cellar for Friday night when we get there. Has anyone done this? What are your thoughts on the experience? Setting and meal?

Thank you!

Would love to hear about this - we didn’t even know this was an option - how does one book it? And how many people can you book it for?

It isn't cheap. But it is an amazing dinner and experience. Perfect anniversary dinner.

Great experience, we did it a couple years ago with another couple. Premium menu and a solid sommelier with a very extensive knowledge of wine as well as tequila. Enjoy it!!!

We did the Wine Cellar Dinner last night and it was amazing. The food was great and the wine was exceptional. The sommelier was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He guided us through the meal and explained the pairings. It was not just pairing a glass of wine with each course, we were served three full bottles: a French Chardonnay, a Mexican Cab/Merlot blend, and a Mexican dessert wine. It was a perfect dinner for celebrating my wife's birthday.

The Wine Cellar is near the Pearl restaurant.

Enjoy!

Just tell the butler or concierge you are interested.

I prefer the champagne dinner all things being equal. The dessert is far superior in my eyes.

I'm having a hard time locating the offer on the website and I would like to reserve in advance, do you have a link/url that you may be able to share?

Thanks much!

I think that's the same as the WINE PAIRING DINNER - $350 per couple. It's under the Online Shop on the Pearl site. Here is the link:

Have fun! :P
