first time at Pearl mansion

This is our first time staying at the mansion. Is there anything different we should expect? I have been to Pearl twice and this will be my BF's first time. Sounds funny to say BF when I am 53 and he is 63!

It’s what you make of it. I like staying there from April-Nov or so for hvac and afternoon shade.

Not knowing your previous experiences not sure of what may be new for you other than a much larger rm and opulent accommodations large sin rm and shower. Check the list of amenities the Mansion has to offer on the Desire web site.
