We arrive at pearl in a few days , been reading a lot of reviews saying the hot tub Is not working or is cold can anyone who has been there recently confirm this or what’s going on with the pearl hot tub . Would be a huge bummer if it’s not working since we usually spend a few hrs a day there and where most the fun at night happens !!

We were at Pearl right before Xmas and it was fine. I think they fixed whatever the issue was.

Just got back from pearl yesterday... The hot tub had been very sporadically "hot"...not sure what the issue is...when the afternoon starts (4:00) it's fairly hot (not as his as we have seen it before but acceptable... However as the evening progresses it loses all the heat and by the time people head there after the disco...it's barely a lukewarm tub...I know numerous folks complained over the week that we were there....in my (uneducated) opinion I think there is a problem with the pumps as the Jets barely worked either...nonetheless still a great time

We had no issues in October or over NYE…

Seems to be hit or miss !!!! We live an hr outside of Chicago last thing we need is to be cold in Mexico

We were just there Jan 6-10. Hot tub felt great all night. No issues whatsoever.
