How to find out if there is a takeover before booking?

HI there -
We are looking to book again for May of 2024 - May 5th-12, 2024. How can we find out if there is a take over that week? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

A resort takeover means that a group or TA has booked the entire resort(all rooms) for a period of time. In the case of a takeover and you wanting to go during that time period you would have to book via that group/TA that organized the takeover, the resort no longer controls room booking for that takeover time period.
FYI - there are few complete resort takeovers these days, there are still some group bookings but they tend to be small( ie about 20 couples or less) and have minimal impact on others at the resort when a group is present.
