Hello, I am trying to contact Desire Pearl via email and have tried directly through the website and also another email address that someone gave me, over one week and no reply. Does anyone have a recent working email address with which to contact them about a building request etc?

Best to directly contact the reservation dept for both resorts (contact info should be on your reservation confirmation)

Or put your request in your online express check in form
