aventour transportation

We purchased round trip transportation thru Pearl with Aventour. Has anyone used them? Are they reliable? Will they be holding an Aventour sign? or a sign with our name?

I'm interested to see the responses here too. We are going from the airport to a Puerto Morelos airbnb and then to Pearl for our stay and then back to the airport. We aren't sure what the best way to travel is.

We always use USA Transfers, perfect every time.

We used aventour transportation booked thru pearl resort. Worked out beautifully, just keep walking when you exit airport. When we passed all the chaos of people trying to sell rides, aventour representatives had sign with our name. They have dark blue uniform with aventour on shirt. The important part is pass all vendors, they after the chaos. Good luck. Our trip was in January.

We always used USA Transfers but we had a couple of minor customer service issues in the last 2 trips... So in our recent trip to Desire we hired CARM and they were great, flexible and cheaper.

We used aventour on our last trip to RM. They were on time as waiting for us on each trip. No problems at all. Drivers both spoke great English and were pleasant to speak with.

Trip follow up. Aventour was on time, arriving and departing. No problems. Ride was fine.
