I was looking to book Pearl for November 2026 and one of the rooms was a Mystery Room. I was substantially cheaper. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thanks

Likely ocean view, but could be a penthouse, who knows.

I think it might just mean ‘choice of the resort’, so you get what’s available and can’t complain or change. A bit like they do on some cruise ships.

We booked with this promotion as well. Likely it will just be the lowest level - Ocean View Room. But that is what we normally book ourselves, so if they give us anything else (which is unlikely) it will be an upgrade for us.

I think they want the option to fil in spots when there onlapping room types so they can upgrade or Downgrade at there option but most that pick round the house don't mind since usually just get Ocean view anyways so anything is an upgrade

only people that have issues with it is the ones that are don't want to walk up the stares to Penthouse or Ocean view at the vary top sometimes above Penthouse from the Stairs

so that way they can give there higher payers lower rooms because they don't want to walk or in some cases they may have the New side empty that way they can unload people there too so its a win win for every one except the ones that don't want to be at the top walking up and down in Heals
