Good morning all you beautiful people,

Due to the airline moving around our flights horribly, we are now arriving a day early and spending the first night in an airport hotel before getting into Pearl early the next morning. Normally we book transfers to/from the airport and hotel. Is there a way to have them pick us up from the airport hotel directly? We have sent a note to USA Transfers a week ago and haven't heard back. Not sure how to use their app to book from the hotel to Pearl, but then Pearl back to the airport.

Willing to try another company if there is an easy way to book this.

If you check the USA Transfers website, you can easily book hotel to hotel.

You can call USA transfers also. Very easy to work with on the phone to make changes.

Never got any answer on the website (twice) for a similar transfer. Tried the phone, and success. Once booked on the phone any changes/questions were made easily through the app.

We always come in a day early and then find a hotel in Puerto Morelos. We have found it best to use USA transfers from airport to this small hotel and from Pearl back to the airport. But it is much cheaper to get a regular taxi or Uber from the hotel to Pearl.

Exactly! We stay at The Fives. First hotel on the beach before DP. You can actually see the pier. You could walk it but luggage may be a problem

We did this several times. The bad thing you have to book two one-way transfers - airport hotel to Desire and Desire to airport.

In this instance, I would call or try their chat box. I've done it before, when staying at both Temptation and Desire. We needed airport to TTR, TTR to Desire, Desire to airport. I used either USA Transfers or Canada Transfers, and they were able to offer this at a discount (vs 3 separate bookings)

They of course can do that, I've done that. Just make individual one way reservations. But it is way more expensive than a local taxi or Uber.
