Crossfit workouts
Posted: Tue Oct 30, 2012 1:32 pmWe will be heading to Pearl in 2 weeks.We enjoy working out with Crossfit and are certified trained instructors as well. Wondering if anyone down at Pearl or even RM the 13-16 of Nov. would be interested in joining us for either? There appear to be take overs for both sites while we are there. Wondering if anyone from Desirous Party or Fluffernutters are interested. We can make do with any equipment or space.
