Theme Nights for Late December?

How do we find out theme nights for the week we'll be there? And for New Years Eve? Also do people typically dress up and adhere to theme night dress codes - been to places where we were the only people who dressed up so don't want to be those kids again all dressed up alone :roll:

However, they may be taking it down. Several people complained that they changed the theme too late (after they had bought for other nights).

Do men just up typically, or only women? What kind of things do men wear to the parties? My husband doesn't want to be the only guy who sticks to the theme! That's happened to us before :lol:
