Looking for the best room with a view of the ocean, my wife wants to wake up and see the ocean! its her birthday trip and i need to make it happen. I saw they are are all listed as ocean view, but i need some room numbers if possible. Thanks

It's true all the rooms at Pearl do have a view of the ocean, however there are a large number of tall palm trees between the buildings and the ocean.


If you want(and can afford to pay for) an unobstructed view of the ocean the only rooms that provide these are the Penthouse Suites on the very top floors of the buildings.

Room 87 is in the building which is nearest the beach. It has a great view of the pool and the ocean. It's one of the *regular rooms, so it doesn't cost extra. You can see the beach as it heads down toward the town. Very pretty.

Yes, room 87 (regular ocean front room) has a nice view. However, if you want 270 degrees view of the ocean and not pay a lot of extra you can book Junior Suite - room 86. We stayed in both rooms in this "Star" building in December.

What floor are rooms 86 & 87 on?....1st...2nd...3rd?

They are on the 3rd floor.
FYI: Both rooms have 2 beds.
In room 86 I used to leave the curtains opened so I could see the sunrise from my bed. Incredible view!

thanks for the room numbers, can you request a room # or reserve it. not planning on going till August.

It does not hurt to ask.
We did the Express check in (via Pearl website) requesting "Star" building that is right next to the pier. However, when we arrived they said they never got our request. And even all our info (names, address, and etc.) that we provided during that Express check in got lost.
But when we mentioned our preference they gave us Room # 87. I guess, there were plenty available rooms on that day.
Overall, their customer service is great and Pearl management does everything to satisfy their guests.

We upgraded to the Passion Penthouse when we checked in and it was worth every penny. I don't remember the room number but it was the entire top floor with an incredible view of the ocean and directly above the hot tub which was an added bonus : ))

Thanks for all the info, It paid off! we requested room 87 and asked for room 86 for a free upgrade. we received 86! best view in resort (other then penthouse)

Every room i stay in has a great view. I just have the mrs get naked and stand in front of the window. No better view on this planet.
