I am trying to get my flight booked. I see check in is at 3:00. I know when we have stayed at Temptations, while you can't get into your room until 3:00 (or whenever it is done) you can still use the facilities. We alway put our swimsuits on top to change into. Is this the same at Desire?

Yes, absolutely - although most just pack a light coverup to use instead of swim suits
