I have noticed on the webs sites, they state no sandals in dining rooms. Are they enforcing this? I have always worn tennis shoes or sandals. Do I have to pack shoes too?

Definitely no flip flops - I always wear sandals throughout the day and then change to a good pair of leather dress sandals for dinner and the evening, never any problems.

I've worn sandals for dinner, and breakfast, never been bothered. There have been a few times that short pants have been allowed for dinner.
