Timing around the resort

As first timers to Pearl in May, we were wondering about the evening timings around the resort.

When we were at Hedo it went something like this:

Dinner around 7, after spending the day on the beach and room enjoying each other's company. If we had outfits for the theme of the day we (both) wore them to dinner, if not it was still sexy wear. After dinner we stayed for the evening entertainment - still dressed in theme wear. After the show we would make our way over to the Piano Bar for a bit before hitting the disco for some foreplay...er dancing. Top the evening off either on the beach, back in the room, or maybe to the Hot Tub.

But from reading it sounds like Pearl/RM do things a bit different - some people dress up in theme for dinner, but not most? People are in one outfit for dinner and another for the disco? Not having a piano bar what is the 'usual' activities for post-dinner and pre-disco?

For the boss, dressing up multiple times in one evening sounds like work, so we like to be able to do it once and be done. And since both of us like to try and dress up for the themes, what are the rules surrounding dinner?

We were at Pearl for the first time a few weeks ago - never been to Hedo, so we can't compare.
It is true that most people do not dress according to the theme; otherwise, it is entirely up to you to go back to the room or not before hitting the disco.
There is no pressure to do anything at Pearl, just to enoy the atmosphere!
Typically, people go to the hot tub at the end of the afternoon- great place to meet and then make plans for the evening! -, then get ready for dinner, then go to the disco, then.... :bj
Enjoy!

Pearl is a vacation - to me that means I don't have to conform to someone else's schedule…

We were there in Sept and going back in March - most people sat around in the hot tub until 6-ish made plans to meet others for dinner, dressed up for supper, hung out in the lobby bar watching the band (some danced). Those who wanted to change into the theme did so for the disco.

But really; everyone didi their own thing. This did 'aggravate' some of the Hardcore Desire RM folks who felt that there needed to be a schedule: this happens @6pm, then this happens @7:30pm, then this happens@10pm, then this happens @2am, then we have pizza @3am…

Sorry to disappoint but I'm on vacation - I'll conform to the schedule if your paying me.

(did that come off as ranty? didn't mean for it)

Totally with you on this HeavyG!
Our Holidays never have a fixed schedule euther...
We had to hold off from bursting into laughter when few couples approched us in the late morning with a very kind invitation for a little get togethet in the playroom at 4pm... couldn't possibly plan that well ahead and confirm whether we will feel like... ;-)
The only things in schedule would be trips outside or some celebrations / welcoming gatherings etc.

Ah... so there is entertainment in-between dinner and the disco....

Looking back at my long-winded question, I probably should have left it to 'what is there to do between dinner and the disco?'

We were first timers too on Jan. Only thing we set was the times to eat give or take an hour. FYI no night time fun allowed on the beach. We seemed to time the late dinner ending just right then go to the lobby bar ( they had live music before the disco) then a bit of bump and grind until when ever, then yes we tried out the playroom then the Jacuzzi. Bed at 3am, me up at 7 wife whenever. Already planning trip back. Some did go back and change after dinner. Some wore elegant yet sexy clothing.
