Is there a diagram that shows the configuration of rooms. We'd like to request a room that is in a more quiet area. Is there such a choice and, if so, can one do that? JJ.

Please see "Some Basic FAQ's about Desire Pearl" posted by CokeMann. Villa with room numbers 76-88 is very quite and it is closest to the beach. We stayed in rooms 86 and 87 (the 3rd floor) in December - great location and views!

loulou - is there only 2 floors to the resort? And also, did your room have a king sized bed? I am just a bit confused about the rooms. We just want a 'basic' room with a king bed and hope to do a general 'pre check in' prior to arrival. Thanks for all your help.

There are 4 floors in each building(including the Penthouse Suite on the top floor of each building) but the room configuration is a little different in each building so it is not easy to map how each building is laid out.
My suggestion would be to just put your request in during pre check in for the building you prefer and for a King bed
