Any food borne illness concerns?

A naive question so I apologize, but are the old days of don't drink the water, if you can't peel it don't eat it a thing of the past? I am assuming that everything is high quality and we won't encounter any issues!

Never had an issue there & the resort uses filtered water.
They stock the room fridge with bottled water as well.

In 6 trips, the only time that we got sick was after a salad we had in Miami airport.

Arrived in great health.....spent first few days on the toilet or in bed or in tub.not sure what did it but I usually have a iron stomach. First nite worst night, diarrhea , violent vomiting , sweats , chills , muscle cramps in legs , panting.....came close to going to a hospital but figured I'd be better off self medicating.

The way I see it....use massve amounts of alcohol to kill all the germs....no concerns
