Do you tip the staff? What is an appropriate amount since it is all inclusive?

They say tipping is not necessary, but when we were there last year I tipped. Personally, I don't feel comfortable if I don't, but that's just me. Anyway, I would tip maybe two-three bucks at breakfast and lunch, and 5 bucks at dinner. Then for drinks I would tip a buck or two every 2-3 or 4 orders if I was dry. In the jacuzzi I rarely tipped since I didn't have pockets  I would leave a 5 for the cleaning lady every other day or so and tip the pool guy a 5 every day or so to hold a couple of pool chairs for us while my wife and I went to work out and then have breakfast. I don't think I spent more than 150-200 on tips for the entire trip (8 nights). Tipping was very much appreciated. These people work extremely hard for just a handful of peanuts a day. In return, the service was absolutely impeccable.

Thank you K, I feel the same way. I'm not comfortable not leaving a tip for good service.
