Ground Floor Rooms at Pearl

Can someone who has been there let me know if all of the ground floor rooms have a patio area? Looking at the Google Earth Image, it looks like only the ground floor rooms closest to the pool have a patio. I can see some rooms are more towards the back end of the building and it looks like just a patio door, no chairs? I'm not really sure what I am looking at but my question is in regards the the basic oceanfront room, not a junior suite.

Thanks for any help!

We were just there in March and had a ground floor suite. It had a lovely patio with a small round table and two chairs. We had coffee a couple of times out there in the morning. You will love it. I walked down to the lobby bar and grabbed two Americano's and walked them back. Couldn't have been happier. Any other questions, please ask. :D

That sounds great so does that mean that the entry level room (oceanfront not suite) may be one of the rooms that are just steps away from the pool? In the background of the pool there are fantastic rooms that are 20 steps from it. Someone on tripadvisor said that room # 35 was the best.

Who has a favourite room location at Pearl on the ground floor taking into account location (quiet) and also the view and closeness to the pool???

We are just about ready to book for October or November, haven't decided which month yet!!! :)

We have been in an ocean front on the ground floor and a master suite on the second floor. Both at the quiet end of the pool. I do believe all the ground floor units have a patio. The master suite had 2 balconies - one overlooking the ocean/beach and the other the pool.

Not meaning to be a party pooper...but I am allergic to smoke. Last year, our room at the RM had a table and chairs outside it, and there were some cigar smokers, enjoying themselves quietly. I had not been around smoke for so long, that I had forgotten that I get a bronchitis attack, when around it. :( Aargh! It was not a good time...so when booking a room, where is the least likelihood of encountering smoke?

Thanks so much...

We were in room 34 this past March - ground floor Jr. suite right at the spot where the pool transitions from loud to quiet (right in front of the volleyball net). Great room, great patio fantastic place to sit early morning before breakfast, and post hot tub / pre dinner. 5 maybe 6 steps to the poolside loungers that Jarrod reserved and set-up for us every morning.
We were never bothered by noise, since the pool is only active until about 4pm and the crowd moves to the hot tub.

The previous September we were in a ground floor master suite, at the quiet end of the pool - room 65. It had two patio's, but we hardly ever used them because we felt too isolated.

Here's a map with the layout, it gives general room numbers, but not which floor the rooms are on.

We were in room 31 in March, and our balcony door was open every night, and we never heard a thing. Steps from the pool, like maybe 20!! really close and very quiet, and a really nice room.

Any luck requesting a room at early check in? Wife would really like the best view of ocean from room. From what i have read from others, the star building has the best (60 something?) we are traveling in August.

Well we are hoping for room 35 if we can get it!! From what we have heard, it has a great morning sunrise as well as being very close to the pool and convenient for room pit stops throughout the day! We have put in our request and would be verrrrry happy with any room in this great location! Really excited to go even though it's all the way off in November!!! We can't wait to see the place!!
