We were there at christmas, and again a few weeks ago.
At christmas we found that there wasn't enough Mexican food, but there was a bit more in April. Less so at dinner. I'd like to see more, but it doesn't appeal to everyone.
Breakfast includes chilaquiles, sometimes tamales, etc
At lunch particularly. Now in addition to the buffet, you can order from an à la carte menu which includes some very good tacos. One day they brought out a rotisserie for Tacos al pastor, which I think makes this the only all-inclusive resort anywhere in the two neighboring states to serve Pastor, which is normally mexican street food.
At almost every meal I asked for corn tortillas, beans, salsas (both habanera and otherwise), onions, guacamole, etc. The staff was eager to bring them, they were usually very good, only once was there much a of a delay.
So, Provecho!
