Weather Update???

Just checking as know by looking at the webcams it looks pretty wet and non-stop rain wondering if staff doing any special entertainment and daytime activities during the storms.Reports from Desire RM experiencing some flooding how did Pearl hold up any reports let us know and may the sun come back out tomorrow and stay out see ya soon.

just got home today..horrible week constant rain. very heavy at time and resort a bit overwhelmed with some damage. looked like an other few days before any chance of some clearing.

We are heading there Sunday. Did it ruin your week?

Totally ruined it....resort tried hard to stay positive but all of the staff was at work repairing or trying to divert damage. staff was incredible! of course not blaming resort here, its out 4th trip and love it there. just unfortunate circumstances. made friends and tried to have a good time but the rain was too much for all. .PARTIAL GYM CEILING COLLAPSED AND SUKI WAS CLOSED DUE TO DAMAGE. ROOMS WERE LEAKING AND WATER WAS COMING FROM ELECTRICAL LIGHTS. ROOMS WERE FLOODED AS WELL AS OTHER AREAS. place was over whelmed. THANKS TO HECTOR, BLACK MAGIC, SILVIA AND REYES FOR KEEPING SPIRITS UP! WE WILL RETURN!! BTW DESIRE CABO IS NOW SOLD AND CLOSED.... SO ITS RM OR PEARL FOR US NOW!

Thanks for replying. It's our first time there, your post is making me feel down now. I hope the weather improves it says sun for now so I guess we will see. What is Suki?

im sorry to make you feel down. trust me when i tell you they work extra hard and fast to fix things. at times its seamless. i hope you have better luck with the weather. it may have passed now and trust me that was the only reason things were messed up. resort is magical and we cant wait to return....suki is the Asian style restaurant....it suffered some damage but the move it outside which was done nicely....keep in mind this is RM im talking about..i dont know about pearl.

I didn't realize you were talking about RM, we are going to Pearl so I guess we will see
