Foam Party Saturdays at 2:00PM

Hi
Have read that this may be a regularly scheduled event, sounds awesome!
We arrive in Cancun Airport at 11:38 on Sat 12/7. Based on others' experience, would we get tp the Resort before 2:00 PM? We have hired a private car.

Approx 30 min drive from airport in Cancun to Pearl. You may not, however, have your room available until after 2 or 3:00. Wear light clothing and bring a big bag, so you can strip down and get in on all the fun around the pool while waiting for your room.

Busy time at customs Saturday at 12:00. Avoid the timeshares and go straight to your driver outside. We had access to a keyed locker in the spa to change and sunscreen up before our room was ready. You should arrive on time for your welcome foam party!!!

Looks like we will miss the foam party...We arrive On a Monday (2nd Sept.) and then leave on Saturday (7 th.) at noon

If you still want the experience, then visit RM on Tuesday night for their version! It's awesome!

After checking in we went to go eat and the foam party started. Looked fun, but had to eat first(long trip). We did go to Desire RM for their foam party with 14 other people! Rm party is better at night, smaller area. Best tip, protect your eyes! mine were blood shot for 5 days after.

Do you think they will continue the foam parties into the winter months? We're not going to RM till Feb. 20th and we would love it if they still had foam parties but I worry they will cancel them once the evenings cool off

Re protecting the eyes, would it be overkill or look strange to wear swim goggles? Don't want eye problems in our first hour of our vacation! Thanks for the heads-up!

I would use goggles next time for sure. Pearl would be ok, since you have water under you to use. At RM you have to search for towels on the side, by the steps.

I wear contacts and I was a little worried about the foam, however to my surprised it didn't bother me at all, my best tip is to have a lid cover your cup with your hand when walking through the foam as it will fill right up with foam! Lol
