As the owner of one Canada's top Men's Online Clothing stores for many years............ Why men can't dress to impress their wives just doesn't make sense to us!

Typically our better halves dress sexy, provocative, beautiful, and go out of their way to look the best they can!!
Meanwhile, I see men wear extremely casual shorts, khakis, or t-shirts, "because they are on holidays"!

Guys, if you are not going to dress for the theme nights, TRY and look HOT for your wives!! It is amazing how excited they get when they see their husband dressing to impress!

There's my rant......been driving me nuts for years! :D

I think your rant is a good one..but it starts at home or learned from others-- like i said...Desire ain't no low budget motel [-X <<<<< let me rephrase (The Desire Resort and Spa is not low in valuation-so one may need to dress according to pre-established principles) You don't have to impress anyone, but you do need to know appropriateness.Dress to impress each other! :D/

We just finished up some shopping and got DH some very nice shirts but I'm not sure if he will be too hot to wear sleeves in the lobby and Disco..?? ..... For dinner, he will wear long sleeve at the Pearl rest. but just wondering if he will have to change into some type of short sleeve shirt for the entertainment and Disco??

Just got back from the Pearl. November will be much drier than what we just experienced and just a tad bit cooler in the evening. I do like to dress with a shirt and tie, sometimes vest, sometimes suit, for dinner in the Pearl restaurant. More casual in Aphrodite but it is under renovation until October 10th. Since we knew about the closure of Aphrodite, I did pack more dress clothes than usual for this jaunt down south. When in the disco, the sleeves and shirt get unbuttoned as I dance the night away. And when you get really hot, then just head to the playroom and take it all off!

:D I agree when you get too hot in your clothes dancing -JUST GET NAKED!! :D/

Let's hear it from the females. What would you like to see the men dressed for dinner and for the disco? We're asking this so we can prepare for our trip in Dec.

My half is just going to wear a shirt that coordinates with my dress for dinner and probably a pair of khakis. For a theme night, he is all for coordinating with me, not going full out like me, but well enough for a theme idea. EX: Studio 54 night, he has a sequined shirt that will match with my "Madonna" looking outfit. Nothing spectacular for him, but will work. Casino night I think he is just wearing "tuxedo" boxers. Hope this helps some.

Mine wears a summer shirt with slacks and dress shoes most nights for dinner. He'll wear jeans and a tucked-in shirt with his cowboy boots IF we go to the buffet. He's not really into dressing for the themes so he normally just keeps his dinner clothes on....at least till later in the evening when they start coming off or we go to the hot tub :) :D

I think a man that is well dressed is super hot and sexy. Why not try to impress the ladies by looking good? It will make your wife happy to see that you match as a couple if she is dressed to the nines as well! I realize people want to relax but that's what ALL day is for! Nothing sexier than a well matched/well dressed couple. And keep it on for the Disco and when it comes off .....leave it off because by then...it's party time...just my opinion. :)
