for instance do they have thing tennis ,ping pong tournaments .push ups competition etc etc ( sorry that is all that came to my mind)

Yoga at the quiet end of the pool at 10:00 a.m. Followed by horseshoes, corn hole toss (bean bag toss), then 3 games of beach volleyball and then water aerobics which ends in a line massage of the participants. After lunch, the activity staff will try to entice you with water basketball, water soccer or water volleyball. There are other activities around the pool that require some guest involvement like crazy darts, lap dance lessons, samba lessons, etc. But no competitive activities where running scores are kept from day to day. (Unless you are the type of person keeping score of the activities in and around the hot tub/playroom. We have seen a few couples like that, trying to put notches on their belts, but thankfully very few. Most couples, as mentioned in other posts - around 99% - are there for relaxed friendship and aren't pushing themselves on you.)
There is never a lot of pressure to participate but the more you do, the more fun you have.
A word of caution: if they bring in the big ball for a couple to try and stand in while it is tossing and turning in the pool, and IF you are fortunate enough to get in the ball with Raquel, get something to stuff in your ears first. Her high squeals of laughter are deafening when contained in that small space.

I received an email as well, but when I checked I couldn't see anything either.
