Valentina, the Guest Service Manager, has left her position at Desire Pearl to further her career with another Cancun property. We have known Valentina back to the days she started working at Desire LC. We always felt she did a fantastic job, both working at Desire RM & Pearl, we'll miss her. Best wishes to her.

She will be missed. We had some issues during our first visit to Pearl and she was very helpful and professional.
She was so good that she convinced us to return next year and try Pearl one more time before making any long lasting impressions.
Wish we have more client services manager like here too …
