We have been to Desire 3 previous times but never participated in the Eyes Wide Shut event. Can anyone tell us that actually goes on in that event?

They no longer do this at RM. I think they do it at Pearl, but we have not been to that resort.

It's the worst night on the week! They get you togged up in masks and cloaks, lead you to a room with a large stage/ bed in the middle. Performers come in, get on the "bed", simulate sex, then you will be invited to join them, then there is some ballroom dancing. It was most cringeworthy, in fact this last trip we skipped it and went to Desire RM for Schoolgirl Night instead.
We have it on good authority that this theme night will be scrapped soon as it's not very popular.

The EWS night seems like it would work if they did it a little different maybe. I really don't have any experience with this but Why not make it an all night deal where people wear their mask and cape everywhere and anywhere all night long (if they choose). My thought is, wouldn't this be one of those mysterious, erotic, no one knows who you are type deals. Would be good for those who are a little shy, maybe different for the lifestylers also. I think it would be a little easier way for those who want to dabble in the lifestyle but are nervous on how to start. I am probably way off but that was kind of what I was thinking when I heard about this theme night.

Hmmmmm...we'll pass. EWS in my opinion is kinda silly. We really like the lingerie dress code of that evening, but the EWS ceremony is a skipper.

Our vote would be to change it to ABC night!! That would definitely be a fun theme we would participate in!!
