Has anyone encountered any problems when submitting the express check in form for DP? I keep getting the message "invalid referer". Not sure what the problem might be. Any help would be appreciated!

If you have "Private Browsing" turned on in your browser when you are trying to the express check in, that's probably why you are getting that msg.

I'm not sure what happened but I just left the site and went back to re do it about 5 minutes later and it worked... Some glitchy thing I guess. I didn't think to check the browser setting but I can see how that could be the issue.

We are checked in an hoping to see the next 13 days fly by so we can finally see what Pearl is like..

You're going to love Pearl, we went for the first time last July for a couple nights before transitioning to RM for the remainder of our stay. Well, despite having a blast at RM like we always do, we wished our stay at Pearl would have been longer. So, remedy for us is that we're going back in March for a 12 day visit, splitting our time equally at both resorts. Anyway, our experience at Pearl was fantastic and the place was packed with high energy people from all over! The pool is great, the hot tub is awesome, restaurants are top notch and of course it was sexy at night.

Forgive my ignorance but what is the benefit of Express Check In?

Not really sure what the 'benefits' are but we've always gotten the room we requested and, as well, the room has always been ready for us and check in has been a breeze. Perhaps that's just the luck of the draw or that's always the way it is when checking into Desire but it doesn't hurt to do the Express Check in. We love to do it because it just makes the 2 weeks before we leave seem so much more exciting. Kind of like a count-down clock.

No real benefits other than it knocks a few minutes off the check in time since they have all the paperwork pre filled out and waiting for you to just sign.

Oh, and also when you do the Express Check in is a good time to put in any request for specific rooms that you might want.

You can use the express check-in feature starting 15 days out up to your check-in date. As others have said, it just speeds up the paperwork at check in and you can request a certain room but of course they can't guarantee you'll get that exact room.

We always use the express check-in, just confirmation that your sexy vacation is two weeks away.

What rooms are the desirable ones? We assume it varies by what you want , near hot tub, etc. any info would be greatly appreciated .

Hi all, we too are newbies to Pearl, although we've been to both RM and Cabos. We're just under a month away and we anticipate using the express check-in as well.
We're still deciding on a room to request. So perhaps someone can recommend a specific basic ocean view location/room. Somewhere one will not hear noise at night but still with good view of the ocean and action. Would a 1st or 2nd floor be appropriate? Any suggestions appreciated.

If you want quiet away from the hot tub rooms 40-60-80 range are good and at the quiet end of the pool we prefer the ground floor but it really doesn't material as you will spend 18 hours away from your room. Enjoy !!!!!!
