Hi
Do the menus change daily, or are they set? If so, are they posted anywhere? Also, do we make reservations for a specific time or just show up?

There are no reservations - you just show up.
The menus rotate - sort of... The main dress up restaurant has two menus, that flip flop every other day. The sushi restaurant only runs 3 (?) days a week and the menu didn't change.
Wild card is the newly renovated restaurant down by the beach.

Just got back a few days ago, we were there with a takeover group and had 100% occupancy and never had to wait long at either restaurant and the service was always good, they have really improved in this area. Menu did change every couple of days and the food selection was reasonable - would get tired if there more than 1 week for certain
