There is a pharmacia on the west side(southbound side) of Highway 307 just where the turn off for Puerto Morelos is located. Just have the Pearl concierge tell your taxi driver where you are going and also to have him wait while you have your prescription filled. Taxi should be about $22 round trip.

If you where subtly asking if you could get things like Viagra, Cialis, etc there without a preconception, the answer is yes.

For any narcotic, etc products that would require a prescription in the US, Canada etc the answer is that you will need a doctors prescription to get it filled in Mexico as well

I was surprised at how many drug stores they had in the airport. They had everything from steroids to viagra. It looked like they had a "consulting Dr" there lol.

Viagra, Cialis, etc can be purchased anywhere in Mexico without a prescription, I don't know what current prices are but here are some general rules of thumb:
1. Buying them at a pharmacia inside the Cancun airport will be a bit cheaper than purchasing at your home location.
2. Buying them at the pharmacia located on the highway at Puerto Morelos is cheaper that purchasing at the gift shop at either Desire location.
2. Buying them at the pharmacia section of Walmart in Cancun will usually be cheaper than all of the above.
