What kind of tip do. You leave the masseuses for the erotic massage? Do you tip them before or after?

We tipped them 20.00 each, but the massage was part of our package. We tipped after, when you come out they set you down at the desk to answer a satisfaction form to rate the sevice. The two girls happened to walk out so I just handed the tip to them.
