Butler

We are considering the penthouse suite. We have a question about the butler. Is he in the room with you? What hours does he work? Basicly, What is the benefit of the Butler?

There are 2 butlers at each Desire resort. They are available daily from early morning to evening (7:30pm or so). They rotate shifts am and pm and days off so that the majority of the day is covered. They can be found in the main lobby area. They are available for the guests in the penthouse suites and the members. Their purpose is to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, they are essentially "concierges". We are members and usually visit Desire an average of 3 times a year. We have asked them to arrange our breakfast order to be delivered by room service, make our spa reservations or our lobster dinner reservations. Last year was our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband asked Ebe to arrange for roses and champagne to be delivered to our room. They decorated the room with candles, rose petals all over the room and a plate of strawberries dipped in chocolate. It was so nice.
