Desire Resort Forums

We are both fit/fun 36 year-olds and want a fun and willing crowd for our first Desire trip in June, July or Aug '14. We are interested in the lifestyle but haven't jumped in yet. Maybe Desire will be the place. Both resorts seem fantastic but it seems like it really depends on who's there. We want a big crowd and people who like to participate in theme nights. Convince us who we should go with.

We were there three weeks ago, for the first time; absolutely loved it. In fact, we just re booked. We are both 38, fit, (hopefully) fun, not in the lifestyle , and (wife) participated in every theme night. She actually won a free night's stay on Heavenly Night. Counting down the days until we go back.

We will be at Pearl in June for our first trip to a CO resort and we can't wait! We chose Pearl over RM because the pool and hot tub seem really nice and everything we have read seems as though the rooms are nice...although in the grand scheme of things, the room is not that important to us. I don't think you can go wrong at either place, and there's no way to tell what kind of crowd will be at either place before you get there. Go with your gut and choose which property appeals to you the most. If you are staying long enough, you can visit the one you end up not choosing. BTW the first of June is a great choice; a) we'll be there and b) it gets here a lot sooner than July or August! We are not in the lifestyle either, maybe Desire will push us both over the edge. We are looking forward to the theme nights and late nights in the hot tub having a blast!

He is 34, she is 33. We are new to the lifestyle as well but planning on letting loose and just enjoying ourselves and whoever else we desire!

Were early 40's and heading down with an open mind to all things possible. Nothing off limits. We already purchased dinner attire and theme night attire. Swim suit issue in well not necessary. We r going all out, diving in head first and see what happens. We're hoping to meet people to hang with poolside, dine with, party with and see what develops.

We are 32 and 34 and will be at Pearl in late May(before hurricane season kicks in).

K and I are first-timers who are not in the lifestyle, but we are ready to get there, relax, drink, and soak up all the good sights. I'm ready to make new friends! Let us know if you decide to come in early June.

We are booking Pearl June 4-9 tonight! So excited. The rep from Desires said June is packed so I'm sure we will all meet a ton of people… and hopefully one another. We are part of the YahooGroup DesireCancunGroupJune. Are most of you on there too? I have no idea how the YahooGroup thing works. Ive been trying to post so photos so people will come up and introduce themselves when they see us. Anyone else having trouble? Anyone else on there too?
