We have been to Hedo 3 times,just wondering if people generally think pearl is better?

Pearl drives a Rolls Royce. The other property drives a Pinto.

My .... no comparison! Pearl is fantastic and much nicer with a large dash of class. We will return from June 10-17th! Excited, we are!

In all fairness , different resorts, we have been to Hedo last two years but will return to Desire this year. one is sensual (guess which?) and one is a frat party. If I had the time I would do both but we are pumped to head to Desire this fall.

I guess it all depends on what 'better' means to you. Both are great in their own special ways.

If a couple really enjoys legions of hopeful single guys hovering around (many only speak Ukraine, etc) then Hedo may be the place for you. This isn't meant as a diss, to each his/her own.

Part of the thing that makes the Desire resorts special for us is that they are "couples only."
We've been to Hedo twice (and enjoyed) but after attending Desire we would only return to Hedo if the Desire resorts ceased to exist, and we'd go when they are doing a couples-only gig.

As was opined, the "class" factor isn't even in the same league, eg. Rolls Royce/Pinto.

Actually the wallies and vinnies at Hedo are as hilarious as the EC crew. Haven't made Desire yet but the included scuba diving at Hedo really sold us on the place. If Desire would add that it would probably top our list based on what we have heard.
