Which resort do you prefer, Pearl or RM?

We are planning a trip in late August to one of the Desire resorts. We are in our mid 40's and trying to decide which resort is for us, RM or Pearl. Although we are newbies we are excited about the possibilities and of course open to whatever may happen at Desire. Please let us know your thoughts on each resort if you have visited both RM and Pearl.

We are not the swinging partiers, so we prefer Pearl.

We have been to RM 4 times since Summer of 2012. Going to pearl on July 31st. Wanna try it out. At either place whatever happens happens. We are there to relax first and formost

We've been to DRM multiple times, Desire Pearl once. We love both of them for different reasons. If the resorts were the same price, we would go to Pearl.

We are first timers also and going in late Aug...and we selected Pearl. To be honest, I'm not sure why we selected Pearl, it just seemed like more our fit. We will probably head over to RM for one day though to check it out.
