USA transfer (making extra stop)

When booking with USA Transfer is it imperative to pay for the Walmart stop of $30 when making reservation or making an offer to the driver to stop at Sam's so that we can purchase sun screen etc. (we just carry on luggage) Thanks for an insight on this.

Yes it has to be pre booked since all the drivers are tightly scheduled. The $30 fee for a Walmart/Sams club stop is very reasonable since it is the opposite direction from the airport compared to just going directly from the airport to Pearl - it adds about an extra 30 min to the overall trip plus the wait time for the driver while your shopping
btw - you don't have to pay in advance, just when you arrive
OR you could avoid the stop and pay the price($$$) for essential items at the Pearl gift/tuck shop.
