Besides the on site daily activities what are outside activities or tours you can do during the day?

We walked into Puerto Morelos a handful of times for shopping and eating. You can go snorkeling or to one of the ruins - Tulum or Chichen Itza. You can book a trip to Xel Ha or one of the other enviro-natural tourist parks. You could take a day trip to Isla Mujeres.... all sorts of stuff to do in the Yucatan.
