How far in advance can we check in?

How far in advance can we check in to request a certain room # we would like to stay in? Would we call for that or can you request it at the on-line check in? If you requested a room, did you often get what you asked for?

You can't use the express on line check in form unless you are two weeks or less from your actual arrival date.

You can put any room requests in at the bottom of the express on line check in form (personally I suggest if you wan t a specific room put in your top three choices) - they try to accommodate these requests but there is no guarantee

As CokeMann points out above, you can do the Express Check In 15 days prior (or less), here is what the resort has on their website:

Please make sure you have the confirmation of your reservations before you fill it in. Note that this format will allow you to submit your express check in only if you do it 15 days prior to your arrival. 

We always ask for our top two rooms and while it's not guaranteed that you'll get that specific room, they do a good job trying to accommodate your requests! Just did ours this morning for RM.....woohoo!

How do you know you got the room you requested? We filled out our form last week... Wondering if we got what we wanted!

Sassy, you won't know until you're physically in the lobby talking to the front desk clerk. Just reinforce the room you want and hopefully it's open.
