nude yoga

My wife loves her yoga.. so the idea of nude yoga is intriguing is it common for people to do this or should we pack the yoga outfit?

Nude yoga is all very well unless the hairy bloke in front of you bends over! LOL
Most people just grab a pair of shorts or bikini bottoms for the sake of a little decorum, I think full yoga attire will be way too hot! It's usually held on the pier too, beautiful spot, enjoy!

No need for full outfit, its outdoors near the pool area, maybe a bikini bottom or shorts as PP mentioned but otherwise nothing else needed!

Yoga was held almost daily while we were there in June. The first few days, it was held in the direct sun, on the volleyball sand court. No....although I love my yoga, I had no desire to bake, burn, get sandy and sweaty during yoga on vacation! Then, the next day, it was held on the pier. I attended. Matts were provided for padding. I suggest doubling or tripling those! As for attire, none went nude. We all had on little bikinis, and one young man had on gym shorts. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Nothing like the ocean waves, breezes, and the birds, while performing yoga. By all means, participate!

You can absolutely wear as little or as much as you wish and feel comfortable in. I have led the yoga at RM and Pearl several times and have had all states of dress. I usually teach out on the pier where we often have to contend with alittle wind but a perfect location at Pearl...paradise. Meet me out on the pier the week of November 10th....

My wife attended several sessions at the pier.
The first time wore gym clothing but felt too hot.
The other times wore bikini bottom.
On Tuesday both of us attended a class of Tantra Yoga. She wore her bikini bottom and I was naked. I felt very comfortable and excited.
Two other couples wore swimwear and one more couple were both completely naked.
