Hi, we will be at Desire Pearl in Feb. for the first time for 5 days. (Can't wait) We will be spending the second half of our vacation in Playa. We don't have a transfer for the second resort, so wondering how much a taxi would cost from DP to Playa? Thanks in advance!

The most current taxi rate card is posted just outside of the Pearl lobby entrance, check when you arrive. The existing(2012) posted Taxi rate from central Puerto Morelos to Playa is 450 Pesos ($45 usd) - that rate may change if the taxi union -Sindicato de Taxistas(CNOP)- decides to change their rates in 2015.
