We are looking into booking a master suite and were hoping for building 31 - 43 but I can see there are none in that building, Just a JS category. I like room 33/34 but wanted to try the master suites this time. I guess we would have to look at room 64 or 65...only interested in a ground floor MS. I would like to be as close to the busy side of the pool but not near the spa, Any help from anyone who has been in these Master Suites and can recommend which location might be better would be appreciated..! Thanks and Cheers! :CAN

We are actually going Nov 29-Dec 7th now :D I emailed Desire, and they said they can't pre-book a certain room for us. Not sure if this is because we booked with a TA or not?? :?:

It doesn't matter how you booked, direct, via online agency, TA, etc - All Desire room assignments are ROH (Run Of House) - ie rooms are assigned based on what is available at the time of your arrival.

You can ask for a particular room(and they will try hard to accommodate you) but there is no guarantee that you will actually get the room you ask for.

Thanks Coke :D I really don't care much which M/S we get (as we didn't pay the upgrade to a plunge pool. However, after reading through this forum, I learned about the JR suite and the O/V with a plunge pool-- and would've liked to see if that was available to book. All in all, the room is the smallest component of our trip-- so wherever we are we will have fun I am sure :P
I wasn't sure about the TA vs booking directly with Original resorts-- as we have only done cruises in the past. With the cruises if you book with a TA then the cruise line will not deal with you at all. Thought this might be a similar issue :)
