Last year I booked a trip to another C/O resort and we noticed that the rates we were quoted when we called up were lower than those on the website. I went to the Desire Pearl website to book our upcoming trip and I decided not to book until I found out if there is a way to get a different rate than the "rack" rate noted on the website. Are their any travel agents that have deals? Should we just call directly to the resort and ask for some special deal? There are no groups I can see the days we are there (Jan 1-5). There does appear to be a special going on for International swinger's month...but its nominal. Please help.

I booked through Cheaptickets using the promo "Cheapskate" and it only cost us $2400 for 7 nights for an ocean view room. We leave tomorrow night, we are beyond excited, we will be posting a live trip report as we go (hopefully).

We booked using mix rooms-- asked for 3 days in a standard and 5 in a Master. They gave us the master for all 8 at the standard room rate, plus paid a i think 500 for "lovers pkg". Got airport transfer, 2 free nites, sensual massage, lobster dinner and champagne.
