At what time and days are the Yoga clases at Pearl ?

Also I hered of a Tantra yoga class ? what is this about ?

Las clases de yoga eran a las 10 AM, en el muelle, durante los días que estuvimos allá. Durante una semana, ellos tuvieron una maestra huésped quien, a juicio de mi esposa, era una experta. A falta de ella, usualmente da las clases Ana, una chica colombiana que sabe también bastante. Se pueden tomar desnudos o con alguna ropa (que es la opción que toma la mayoría)
Las clases de Tantra yoga, para parejas, se dan dos veces por semana, en la tarde, impartidas por Ana y Koko (una coreana simpatiquísima). Son básicamente posturas de Kama Sutra. En la clase que tomamos sólo estábamos 4 parejas. Dos hombres estuvimos desnudos; una de las mujeres estuvo desnuda, mi esposa topless y el resto vestidos. Yo recomiendo altamente tomar esta clase desnudos. ¡Es muy excitante!.

Gaviao, necesito expeiencia de yoga para tomar estas clases? He tomado clases y practicado con dvd, pero Mr. K&S es un yoga newbie.

Español no es fácil para mi, pero necesito practicar.

During our stay last December, Yoga was held at 10:00AM. Sometimes on the Pier, sometimes in the Disco if the weather was iffy. Mostly women, some men (including me). It was fun!

If the weather is nice, Yoga is generally held on the grass by the quiet end of the pool. If not windy, out on the pier but use two mats. Bring a couple of books to hold down the mats if gusts of wind take hold of the mats. You don't have to be a regular yogi: just go, relax, enjoy the sun, breeze and gentle stretching exercises. Nude is nice but I always ask any ladies present to get their consent. If there is a guest yogi instructing, he/she will run the class. If no guest instructor, then the activity staff will run the session. Donna is generally playing horse shoes with Charlie while I take in the yoga class. Just part of our routine when at the Pearl.

K&S: No, you don't need experience. My wife takes a weekly yoga class and is really good, but though I workout at gym 5 times a week, my body is stiff for yoga. Still, I could with the class. Go ahead!
