Oh, too bad, a little disappointing that it's taking so long. I was told that it would be open Sept 15th!!! Way off schedule...

We are going with Party Naked Baby November 9-16th. We have our Meet and Greet scheduled at this restaurant on the 9th...followed by dinner for our group...so they plan for it to be open by then!

Can't wait to try this in December! I am hoping they have a hibachi grill option like at RM,but either way it will be nice have a new dining option! Please keep the updates on progress coming - thanks for sharing the pics

They opened the new restaurant for one night last saturday for a group function. Apparently all permits are not in place yet for an official opening (info as of mon nov 3). Looks very sleek and modern, not comfortable.

Agreed, we also had a wine tasting set up in there, it's a very small and loud room, only fit 6 tables for dinner.
While it's a great spot to be for the view, it isn't really a "third" restaurant option, more of a cafe sized room.
And Danbo..... Missing our morning volleyball games already

I asked the manager of Aphrodite last night...he said it was open...but it would only be open on Friday and Saturday nights. It is listed as a sushi and martini bar on the paperwork we received at check-in.

We ate at the roof top terrace on Saturday night! It was the best dinner of our trip!! The restaurant only had 5 tables...but they have out door tables and a martini bar to bide your time while waiting (we had a 30 min wait). The service was outstanding...the sushi was fresh and delicious! There are not non sushi options available at this restaurant...so it is not for everyone. I think the view would be stunning from here if there was a clear sky with a nice moon! I think they should have this restaurant open more than 2 nights a week!
