I am looking for the room numbers for ground floor rooms in the building next to the pool
Can any one help me to identify these?
I think its a building that has rooms #31-43.
Thank you

Check out this post from Coke. I believe it has all the info you need for rooms.

Is that a regular room? I have booked a master suite and was hoping for 78 or 79?

Couple of questions...
Any standard ocean view room (other than the infamous 79) that offers a particularly good ocean view and/or a good view of the Jacuzzi?
Are upgrades typically offered at check-in?

I'm not too familiar with the ocean view rooms, but Desire is awesome and they frequently offer upgrades. All you need to do is contact guest services and inquire on any potential upgrades. They typical bend over backwards to make your trip an incredible experience.
We've traveled to many 5 star resorts, and I can tell you Desire is in a class all of its own. Well, the atmosphere and customer service has everything to do with it. First class in my mind.

Room 31-32 at the seahorse building, first floor and the back entrance faces the pool bar, with just a few steps you hit the pool, not the quiets side of the pool from 10 to 5pm but easy to stay in the party even from your room and get out early in the morning to "reserve" the best spot

Room 79 is a STANDARD room, has the plunge pool and it is ground floor.

Pretty sure 77 and 78 are master with plunge pool. Probably IMHO the best rooms on the property. Great ocean view, right on the beach and a 20 second walk to the party end of the pool. Leave room 79 alone, it's ours and you can't have it. I left cooties there the last time, so there.

Besides, you'll be there before us.... See you in 34 days

We are looking for a junior suite away from the Jacuzzi and preferably with a single king bed.
What do people think about rooms :
76 King with plunge pool
82 King
86 Twin Queen
We were told that the hotel cannot guarantee specific rooms but are willing to listen to your request and make a note on your reservation.

I would take 76 as it's ground floor, THE BEST beach view and as far from everything as you can get. Probably best beach access too.

Thanks for that, we requested the rooms in the order below. Like I said, they can't promise a room, but will make a note on the booking. Lets hope it's one of the three.
76 King with plunge pool
82 King
86 Twin Queen
May 15 seems ages away. Fun reading the posts though.
