January Swinger Month

Hi All,
what is differnt in January 2015 -swinger month - than the rest of the year? Are there different rules for the dining areas and public area than the rest of the year? What does the New Years Eve party look like? Thanks to all who respond - in advance....

While PDS is only allowed in the hot tub area during the normal months, we reliably learnt that Desire Pearl allows PDS in the swimming pool area during ISM. Of course it is not allowed on the beach as this is federally owned. In the restaurants, women are allowed to go topless during ISM -- or so we learnt
