Hello all -

We have been to Desire Riviera Maya many times but plan to venture to Pearl for 4 nights this spring - I know....way too short!

Anyhow, we have reserved a basic Ocean View room for now. I am wondering if anyone can tell us about these rooms and could even recommend their favorite Ocean View room number.

We like first floor rooms on quiet side preferably with plunge pool. We spent very little time in room. Now outside in plunge pool is another issue altogether .

What number are these rooms ?

Room 31! Ground floor, close to the hot tub close to the quiet end of the pool!

I prefer either of the end buildings: close to Aphrodite, overlooking the pool and ocean (1-8) or down at the far end by the quiet side of the pool (most private, best sense and view of the ocean). We did feel the water pressure was much weaker in the far end rooms (80s), which was a little disappointing.

Heading to Desire Pearl in about 3 weeks - any other recommendations for great OV room numbers?

room 86 was a upgrade for us, just request it. second floor all glass ocean front view of pier. they also has a standard room on third floor above 86
