What time does the Theme Night start each night?

Curious to know is their a set time each evening when the nights Theme is presented and if so, what general time and location?
Based on many posts, some wear their theme night costumes to dinner and then on to the theme night activities or dress for dinner and then change into their theme night costumes.
More curious to know the time of the activities and the place on the resort it takes place if anyone knows.

Use this
link to see the activity calendar for Pearl (it changes weekly). Generally, there's music in the lobby around 9 and the theme night activities begin around 10:30. There will be a board at the pool everyday that will list all scheduled activities. You will also be given a printed schedule at check in. I would say the majority dress for dinner and then change into theme night attire.
