Alright, would like a few opinions. we are 52, in decent shape, now empty nesters, have started to explore 'clubs' but honestly are probable more into us than others. All that said we booked flights and rooms in mid Fed. Outside of making up a vanilla name for where we are going (for friends and colleagues), what should we bring to wear ( we really aren't into themes for the nite stuff) and what other advice would you give. Many thatnks.

We have same questions as you except... we have decided to go all out for Theme Nights! We are having a ball shopping for her. Bought her eight pairs of shoes, dresses, and sexy stuff. Got great outfits for Neon Night and Uniform Night (she's an ex-flight attendant so we are pulling out one of her old uniforms and sexying it up...I'm a pilot so same thing for me). Still shopping for the other nights. So join in...!
In fact, this Saturday we're going to our local club as Naughty Elves!! Too much fun...and it's about damn time!

I must encourage at least the Mrs to dress up according the theme, it's half the fun. If not, at least dress verrrry sexy. The Mr will love it!

We'd have a lot less luggage if we didn't plan on participating in the theme nights. Sadly, many (esp) guys seem intimidated that they might look silly or less macho or something if they do so. But if you watch the crowd closely the folks who really do it up for the themes look like the ones having the times of their lives. It seemed like many came to the lobby bar area in the evening to check out if many others were participating and left and returned in theme fashion. I keep thinking that each trip will require less shopping as we have a part of the closet dedicated to Desire Wear, but the UPS guy knows when we're planning a trip as the packages just keep coming.

We'd say "go for it"! You'll have a blast.
"ABC" is always the most creative and it ends in December.

I would certainly say, participate in the theme nights! When can you dress up like that in your daily lives? It is fun to be naked all day and then get dressed up for the evening activities.

We are newbies headed to Pearl in March and so far shopping for Kenzie for the theme nights has been fun. While we might not attend them all....maybe we will. Therefore we are looking for things she can wear each night should we decide to go. We are even looking for a few things for myself because...well, why not?

There are quite a few places to shop that won't break the bank, especially for something that will likely be a one time use. If we have as good of a time as we anticipate, we will shop again for the next trip, probably in '17.

The theme nights apparently change annually (can any of the more experienced Desireettes confirm?).

I doubt you'll only wear it one time. There is always the next trip....and the next....and the next.
The Mrs here has a closet for her Desire wardrobe. Of course, shopping always leads to a fun time!

About to embark on our 4th trip to Desire (which were preceded by a trip to Hedo). We don't do the theme nights, but totally love getting dressed up in sexy clothes for dinner and the club. Lots of props and high fives to the folks who get into the theme nights. We totally appreciate you!

(And while we might not do the themes, we have plenty of fun. I once lost my dress in the sin room. )

Ha! My wife lost two dresses when we were there in November. One in the sin room and the other.......? Oops. Worth every penny in replacement costs. The fun is trying to recount how they were lost. We still laugh about it.

Count us in as those who don't really dress up for the themes and still have a great time and appreciate those who do. If it's a colour theme, we might do it, depending on how we feel and what we have brought with us or if it's a fairly easy theme to pack into our carry on, we'll participate and we thank those of you who go all out keep us entertained.

Your creativity and excitement about dressing up doesn't go unnoticed.

There are no 'rules' that say you have to dress up for the themes.

If you aren't comfortable about dressing up for the theme nights, you can and will still have fun. Who knows? Maybe you will dress up for the themes on your next Desire trip.

We were newbies this past September. The build up to the trip with the shopping (and modeling) new dresses, lingerie and costumes for the trip were almost as much fun as the trip itself. I would strongly advise participating in the theme nights, at least a bit. Leave the real world behind. We had a blast and are planning a 2nd trip this June!

No doubt! I think that's one of the biggest under appreciated side benefits of booking a trip. The advance preparation and shopping is really exciting.

I would agree, participating in the theme nights really brought our trip to the next level. The first time we went we didn't participate/dress to the theme at all. Ironically after being naked all day we were a little nervous. So, before we went on our 2nd trip we made the pact to both participate in theme night. We shopped before the trip on various sites, modeled our new threads (what little there were), and really got into it! The wife got tons of compliments and I managed to get a few myself. We had a lot of fun with it and will definitely be participating next time. Whichever you decide, have fun! You get out what you put in.

Great reading, thank you all for sharing. Wife and I will be staying at Pearl in May/June timeframe and are soaking up the info here. Enjoying shopping for outfits for her on Yandy. My q is in regards to safety and cleanliness. Safe to assume most of the extracurricular play is safe? We're a bit apprehensive about the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and playroom. Could a veteran attendee assist in allaying our fears or is the simple answer....more tequila? Thanks.
