Some words of wisdom from our Desire faithful. The weather forecast for our trip next week is rain all week. So what do you all suggest for fun when it is raining? Is there a gathering place other than the sin room to meet during the day?

It rained cats and dogs throughout our visit to Pearl in November and it really didn't dampen our spirits at all. People still congregated at the pool bar and in the hot tub and had a grand old time. The entertainment staff did move a few things indoors, but most activities just proceeded as usual. Got chilly in the rain at times but there are lots of fun ways to stay warm.

Agree. You make your own temperurater.

Also I think that the forecast for Cancun always says it will rain all week but they really mean there is a chance it might rain at some point during each day somewhere in Cancun. We went in July and the forecast call for rain each day. It rained one evening for a few hours and that was it.

It rained for much of our 4 day trip this past October. In fact, the clouds were so thick that we never saw the sun or moon the entire time we were there. The pool bar was under renovation so that wasn't an option. They cancelled much of the outdoor activities but they opened the hot tub bar early so a bunch of us huddled under the roof of the hot tub bar and hung out. 20 naked people packed under a 4 ft. roof at 11AM having drinks and chatting. It was fun!

Do what's natural when it rains ... Not too much of a complicated answer necessary here Wonder what people did in the stone age ... just terrible when you don't have those in-ground pools and a jacuzzi ... but wait they did ... lakes and hot springs born from lava ... under the rain lol

We've encountered the rain on a few occasions. We grabbed some snacks and an arsenal of beverages, put some tunes on and had a balcony party. Other ideas, head to the lobby bar and create your own party or just sit in the jacuzzi, socialise and whatever. If all else fails, have a long lazy sex session while listening to the rain.

Excellent advice! In the jacuzzi while raining at night is sexy!

I am very confused by this original post???? Is hard nasty sex not allowed when it rains??? Why would you ask what you do when it rains? The same thing you do when its sunny.... You screw like there is no tomorrow. Am I missing something?
